DEFINITION

1. Market Pedia is a platform for buying and selling products with non-COD delivery methods on various expeditions.
2. You are a platform user accessing Market Pedia services, whether registered as an account owner or not an account owner.
3. Buyers are platform users who access Market Pedia services, who are registered as account holders on Market Pedia.
4. Sellers are Market Pedia's exclusive partners in developing the Market Pedia service business.
   The Market Pedia application is an application for selling and buying products using non-COD delivery methods with various expeditions available on the Market Pedia application. The Market Pedia application can be accessed via a browser.
5. The Market Pedia site is www.market.kurirpedia.com
6. Market Pedia service is a service developed by PT. Always Ready Solutions as a company operating in the Logistics Aggregator business sector which includes App Platform services, Dashboards, and API Integration (Application Programming Interface) as well as other services.
7. Account is an account registered in the Market Pedia system which is used to access Market Pedia services. There are 2 (two) types of accounts registered with Market Pedia, namely Seller Accounts and Buyer Accounts.
8. Buyer Account is an unpaid (free) account to access and use Market Pedia services.
   The Seller Account Owner is an individual or business entity registered as the Seller Account owner.
9. Affiliate is a feature of Market Pedia that allows Market Pedia users to share affiliate links and if someone registers with the user's affiliate link, the user will get a reward.

ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

1. You represent and warrant that you are a legally competent person and have the authority to enter into an agreement and carry out your rights and obligations based on the agreement.
2. To be able to access and use Market Pedia services, you are required to create an account.
3. Creating an account on Market Pedia requires information or data in the form of a full name according to your KTP, an active telephone number and email address as well as an account number that matches the registered KTP owner. If you have a referral code then you can use it. Market Pedia can refuse the verification process if the data provided is not appropriate.
4. All activities and activities that you carry out while using Market Pedia services are your responsibility.
   The seller is responsible for maintaining the security of the account and the activities in the account that has been created. Market Pedia is not responsible for any loss, damage or seller's failure to maintain the security of the account.
5. Market Pedia will not ask for passwords or other data related to member accounts outside of the interests related to the service or account management process. Do not provide account-related information to third parties on behalf of Market Pedia or other unauthorized parties.
6. All communication processes between Market Pedia and members will be carried out via the telephone number and email address registered during the account registration process. Therefore, use an active email address and telephone number.
7. Market Pedia has the right to suspend and block if suspicious activity is found on an account that violates Market Pedia's terms of service without the knowledge of the account owner.
8. Market Pedia will carry out an investigation process on accounts suspected of violating Market Pedia's terms of service and delay the process of disbursing funds until the investigation process is complete.
9. However, if there is shipping activity in the account, Market Pedia has the right to cancel and not send cashback to the account owner and disconnect Market Pedia services to the account owner.
10. Sellers are deemed to agree to provide the Member's personal data (KTP, Mobile Number, Account Number and email address) but not limited to other information to Market Pedia and Market Pedia has the right to provide Member's personal data to Interested Parties including the Police and Expeditions if there is a dispute between the Seller who acts as the Product Sender, or other parties involved in this dispute.
